Common questions
How do I sign in? I never set a password+
There are no passwords. You type your email address and we send you a six-digit code that is valid for ten minutes. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder and make sure the address is the one you signed up with.
The scanner read a dose wrong+
Always check what the scanner filled in before saving — it reads the report with AI and small print on a crooked photo can go wrong. Every field is editable before you save, and afterwards from Edit on the medication.
I'm not getting reminders+
MediPeque asks for notification permission when you schedule your first medication. If you turned it down, go to Settings inside the app and tap Notifications: it takes you straight to the iOS settings for MediPeque, where you can turn them back on.
How do I share a person with another caregiver?+
Open Settings, then People, pick the person and generate an invite code. Whoever opens that link or types the code sees the same schedule and can record doses. You can revoke their access from the same screen at any time.
I marked a dose by mistake+
Tap the dose, either in History or in the medication's own list, and choose Undo. The record disappears and the dose goes back to pending.
A medication has no end date+
Leave the duration open when you add the medication and MediPeque keeps generating doses indefinitely, loading more as you scroll through the history.
How do I delete my account?+
Settings, then Delete Account. It removes your people, their medications and dose history, your medicine cabinet and any photos you uploaded. People you share with someone else stay with them. It cannot be undone.
Can I use it in Spanish?+
Yes. Settings, then Language. It changes the whole app, including how dates and times are written.
